About me

I'm a Mum, and former nursery nurse, who loves taking photographs. I live in Alton with my husband, daughter and two cats. You'll find my 2-year-old daughter features regularly in my portfolio - it was her who first insprired me to take photography seriously.

Having documented my daughter's milestones with my camera, it makes me really happy to help other families create lasting memories too.

I prefer to work on location - at your home, or the park, perhaps. - I've found this helps prevent the staged studio shot feel that I try to avoid.

Several years of working with young children has taught me how to help kids relax and enjoy themselves in front of the camera. A genuine smile or moment of emotion as a child plays, or a spontaneous hug with a brother or sister will make a much more natural image, and capture who your child really is...why would you want anything else on your wall?
